Community rules
Community and fair-play rules for El Dragón Cojo.
At El Dragón Cojo, the most important thing is to create a space where we all feel comfortable, safe and can enjoy our passion for games to the fullest. To maintain this atmosphere of respect and fun, we have defined these rules.
I. For the Host
You are in charge of making everything flow and ensuring that attendees enjoy the best possible experience.
- Game Guides: You are in charge of the logistical organization, from ensuring the meeting place (reserving or providing) and coordinating or providing the necessary materials to play (bringing the games or confirming that they are available).
- Group Management: To ensure that the game dynamics are ideal for everyone, you manage the list of attendees. You can deny attendance if necessary.
- Reference Point: If any unexpected situation arises during the event, you are the contact person and will communicate to the administration if there is any conflict that requires attention.
II. For the Attendee
Your role is to enjoy the games, but also to follow the rules and maintain a good atmosphere.
- Minimum Age: Our activities are designed for people of legal age. Minors are not admitted.
- Unregistered Participants: No one who is not on the attendee list is admitted, not even if they come as observers.
- Managing Your Attendance: If you cannot attend a meetup that you had signed up for or have doubts, remove yourself from the list in advance.
- Privacy Option: If you prefer that your name not appear publicly on the attendance lists, notify the host. They will include you as an anonymous guest to protect your privacy.
- Respect for Instructions: Each host may have small specific instructions for the proper development of their event (such as schedules, particular game rules or group dynamics). It is necessary to follow these guidelines.
III. For Everyone
Safety and mutual respect are non-negotiable.
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of harassment, discrimination or violence against another member will result in immediate expulsion from the community.
- Something Not Right?: If you have any doubts, complaints or any problem arises that you cannot resolve directly, please contact the administration.
- Host Flexibility: The host can slightly adapt the rules of their meetup to specific needs (for example, meetup with children, meetup in another language, etc.), as long as this is very clear and specified in the event description before you sign up.
- Caring for the Community: Responsible attendance is key. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours), absences without prior notice, significant delays or any behavior that negatively affects the experience or organization (if they are recurrent or cause significant problems) could lead to a review of your participation in future meetups.
