Purpose

El Dragón Cojo is a community of board game, role-playing and video game enthusiasts. Through this site users can sign up, take part in the forum, organise and join events, create or join groups and browse the Wiki.

Terms of use

Access to the site is free. Users agree to make appropriate use of the content and services and not to use them for unlawful purposes, contrary to good faith, or that may harm third parties or the community. You must be 18 or over to register and accept the community rules (the Commandments).

The Market

The Market is a board where the community can swap, sell, lend or look for games, and offer what they can do for other players, like painting miniatures or making stickers. Each deal is between the people who make it and is done in person. El Dragón Cojo charges nothing, does not act as an intermediary and is not responsible for what is swapped, sold or lent, or for the services offered. It is for private individuals: professional reselling is not allowed. The admins may remove listings that break these terms or the Commandments.

Intellectual property

The content, trademarks, logos and design of the site belong to El Dragón Cojo or are used under licence. Content posted by users remains theirs. By posting it they grant the community a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

Liability

The owner is not responsible for content posted by users or for damages arising from misuse of the site. The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms or the community rules.

The site may contain links to third-party pages (social networks, map providers, etc.). The owner does not control and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

Applicable law
